All courses are taught by experienced Coast Guard Auxiliary Instructors. The only fees for the courses are for the books and materials.
The Coast Guard Auxiliary supports the United States Coast Guard with volunteers to serve as radio watch standers, harbor patrols and aids to navigation. We provide vessels and crew for safety patrols and for boating events. We also participate in many other missions the Coast Guard may request of us.

A monthly meeting is held on the 1st Wednesday of every month, at 6:30 p.m., at Mariner Lakes Club House in Orange Beach, Alabama.
